Garcia Carrion, Castillo San Simon Reserva DO – dry red Spanish wine, which is produced from grape varieties Tempranillo and Monastrell.
After harvesting, it is sorted and fermented at a strictly controlled temperature stainless steel tanks for 8 days. Wine kept for a year in new oak barrels and then another six months – in bottles.

Company History Garcia Carrión began in 1890, when the great-grandfather of the current owner built a large winery for wine exports to France.
