Garcia Carrion, Castillo San Simon Crianza DO – dry red wine, which consists of grape varieties Monastrell and Tempranillo grown in the vineyards of the Spanish region of Murcia.
For the production of wine harvest collected and sorted after which ferment for 15 days. Then it is kept for six months in stainless steel containers. After that, another six months in American oak barrels.
